Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled, triple-blind trial will evaluate the effect of adding intravenous dexamethasone to intravenous dexmedetomidine on postoperative analgesia after superior trunk block in adult patients undergoing elective arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
