Brief Summary: This study aims to better understand different types of low back pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Low back pain is a common problem in these patients and may affect daily activities and quality of life.

A total of 200 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who have had low back pain for at least three months will be included in the study. Participants will be evaluated during a single visit.
