Brief Summary: This study is a quasi-experimental study designed to evaluate the effects of a health coaching intervention on self-management ability in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis will be recruited from the hemodialysis center of the study hospital.
