Brief Summary: This is a single-center prospective observational clinical study conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. A total of 425 patients aged 18-75 years with type 2 diabetes mellitus-related chronic kidney disease will be enrolled from February 2026 to January 2029.
