Brief Summary: This prospective observational cohort study compared postoperative pain outcomes in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy who received bilateral external oblique intercostal plane block (EOIPB) alone or bilateral EOIPB combined with bilateral rectus sheath block (RSB).
