Brief Summary: Inadequate bowel preparation compromises colonoscopy quality and diagnostic accuracy, and cirrhosis is a recognized independent predictor of poor bowel cleansing. However, no bowel preparation regimen has been prospectively validated or specifically tailored for cirrhotic patients.
