Brief Summary: This is a phase 2, open-label, multicenter study evaluating the efficacy and safety of a fixed-duration combination of epcoritamab, venetoclax, and ibrutinib (EVI) in previously untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have TP53 alterations.
