Brief Summary: patients reported at department of Operative dentistry diagnosis section , patients coming to operative department of DIDC-DUHS with the chief complain of moderate to severe pain will be assessed .Complete history of each patient will be obtained along with clinical examination including percussion test, presence of swelling, sinus tract and mobility of tooth.
