Brief Summary: The present study aims to investigate the effects of the 10-Series of Structural Integration on chest wall expansion in patients with stable COPD using a randomized controlled trial design. Participants receiving Structural Integration in addition to conventional pulmonary rehabilitation will be compared with those receiving conventional pulmonary rehabilitation alone.
