Brief Summary: This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate whether an oral supplement containing 2-Aticyto Complex and D-ribose (FibroThol), added to ongoing standard medical treatment, improves pain, symptoms, and clinical course in adults with fibromyalgia syndrome.
