Brief Summary: A stroke occurs when blood stops flowing through a blood vessel to the brain, typically from a burst blood vessel or a blood clot. Hemiparesis is associated with impairment of motor function in the lower limb(s) and with instability of the pelvis. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of pelvic stability training on the lower limb motor function after subacute stroke.
