Brief Summary: This prospective study aims to compare the clinical, perioperative, and postoperative outcomes of flexible ureterorenoscopy using a direct in-scope suction system (DISS) with standard flexible ureterorenoscopy in patients undergoing retrograde intrarenal surgery for renal or proximal ureteral stones.
