0.1 mcg/kg/min 10 minutes dexmedetomidine infusion followed by 0.2-0.7 mcg/kg/hour dexmedetomidine infusion

0.1 mcg/kg/min 10 minutes saline infusion followed by 0.2-0.7 mcg/kg/hour saline infusion
