Brief Summary: 1. To describe and analyze the characteristic dermoscopic features of various kinds of pigmented melanocytic and non-melanocytic skin lesions among patients attending the outpatient clinic in Sohag University Hospitals.
2. To correlate dermoscopic findings with clinical and histopathological diagnoses (when available).
3. To assess the diagnostic value of dermoscopy in differentiating benign from malignant pigmented skin lesions.
