Brief Summary: This study is a exploratory, randomized, controlled, open-label, blinded-endpoint Phase II clinical trial designed to evaluate whether delaying antihyperglycemic treatment for 72 hours improves neurological outcomes in patients with severe stroke and hyperglycemia.
