Brief Summary: This study aims to compare two commonly used regional anesthesia techniques for shoulder arthroscopy: the ultrasound-guided interscalene block and the combined interscalene-suprascapular nerve block. Both techniques are routinely performed to reduce pain during and after shoulder surgery.
