Brief Summary: Knee osteoarthritis is similarly to the arthritis of the hip which is due to the degeneration of the cartilagre due to wear and tear forces on the knee joint. The aim of the study is to investigate the combined effects of active release and feldenkrais exercises on pain, range of motion and functional disability of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
