Brief Summary: Postoperative ileus and delayed bowel recovery remain common concerns following laparoscopic hysterectomy despite enhanced recovery protocols. Coffee consumption has been suggested as a simple, safe, and inexpensive intervention that may stimulate gastrointestinal motility and accelerate postoperative recovery.
