Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the predictability of preoperative carotid artery-corrected flow time (CFTc) for hypotension after spinal anesthesia in patients undergoing geriatric hip replacement surgery.

* The predictive performance of preoperative CFTc for post-spinal hypotension .

Secondary outcomes:
