Clinical Trial: Biologically Oriented Alveolar Ridge Preservation (BARP) With and Without Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin Plus (A-PRF+)

Brief Summary: Twenty patients were selected from the outpatient clinic of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department, Faculty of Dentistry, Mansoura University seeking for extraction of non-restorable maxillary premolar teeth prior to delayed implant placement. Patients will be divided into 2 groups:

* Group A: 10 implants were inserted after four months from extraction after socket preservation by putting two collagen sponge layers and in between deproteinized bovine bone.
