Brief Summary: This study will evaluate whether a generative artificial intelligence (AI)-based rehabilitation support system can help older adults with lung cancer recover after lung surgery. Eligible participants aged 65 years or older who are scheduled for video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) will be randomly assigned to receive either personalized perioperative rehabilitation guidance through the AI-based system or usual rehabilitation guidance.
