Brief Summary: Patients requiring surgical jejunostomy or gastrostomy often have advanced malignancy, multiple comorbidities, and limited physiological reserve, which may increase the risks associated with general anesthesia. Ultrasound-guided fascial plane blocks may provide an alternative anesthetic approach in selected high-risk patients.
