Brief Summary: This multicenter, randomized, open-label, phase II trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant sintilimab in patients with completely resected non-small cell lung cancer who remain at high risk of recurrence after neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy.
