Brief Summary: This multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of different durations of neoadjuvant treatment with a PD-1 inhibitor, ipilimumab, and chemotherapy in patients with resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
