Brief Summary: This prospective, longitudinal observational cohort study will examine clinical, cognitive, blood-based, and neuroimaging features across the cognitive continuum. It will also assess whether these measures can distinguish disease stages and predict progression from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to dementia.
