U.S., Nov. 3 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07910630) titled 'A Phase II Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Recombinant Human Truncated Plasmin Injection (JZB32) in Patients With Vitreomacular Traction' on Oct. 27.
Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of JZB32 in patients with vitreomacular traction (VMT). Based on a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, sham injection-controlled, parallel-group design, the proportion of study eyes achieving VMT resolution assessed by optical coherence tomography (OCT) at Day 28 will be compared between the JZB32 group and the sham injection group.
