Brief Summary: This study is a prospective, randomized, double-blind clinical trial evaluating whether intraoperative intravenous lidocaine infusion (IVLI) reduces opioid requirements and improves postoperative pain control in children undergoing surgical fixation of upper extremity long bone fractures under general anesthesia.
