FINCASTLE, VA - On Friday, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced that it did not grant Verizon's initial application to discontinue copper-based landline services across much of Virginia. Congressman Cline previously sent a letter to FCC Chairman Brendan Carr demanding answers about the changes and urging the Chairman to review the application.
