Further, the description states, “Chatham County in coordination with Effingham County, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide engineering design services for the Old River Road Widening Project. The project will be jointly funded by Chatham County and Effingham County on a 50/50 cost-sharing basis.
