Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, led a hearing (https://www.epw.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/2026/3/hearing-to-examine-s-3135-the-cold-weather-diesel-reliability-act) to examine S. 3135, the Cold Weather Diesel Reliability Act.
