Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, led a hearing (https://www.epw.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/2026/5/hearing-to-examine_8) examining the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) proposed budget for fiscal year 2027.
