Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, held a hearing to consider the nomination of Kevin Lilly to be Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife of the U.S. Department of the Interior.
