WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a rule called: Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Organ Procurement Organizations Conditions for Coverage: Revisions to the Conditions for Coverage.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 3 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
