WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 -- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued a notice called: Order Under Sections 362 and 365 of the Public Health Service Act Continuing the Suspension of the Right To Introduce Certain Persons From Countries Where a Quarantinable Communicable Disease Exists.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 17 by Brian Christine, Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH) and Head of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps, Department of Health and Human Services.
