From solving math challenges and conducting chemistry experiments to exploring engineering, coding and physics, dozens of middle and high school students spent two weeks this summer discovering the possibilities of science, technology, engineering and mathematics at Lamar University's Youth Resilience STEM Camp.
Held July 20-24 and July 27-31, the free day camp welcomed incoming sixth- through 10th-grade students to campus for an immersive week of hands-on learning designed to spark curiosity and build confidence in STEM fields.
