WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Census Bureau has issued a rule called: Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR): Clarification of Filing Requirements Regarding In-Transit Shipments and Other FTR Provisions; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 26 by George Cook, Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Director of the Census Bureau.
