CELEBRATE LOUISIANA'S RICH OUTDOOR HERITAGE WITH THE CENTER FOR LOUISIANA STUDIES

LAFAYETTE, La., Aug. 4 -- The University of Louisiana at Lafayette issued the following news release:

The Center for Louisiana Studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette invites the public to enjoy an evening of food, music and conversation in support of waterfowl and wildlife heritage initiatives at Ducks, Dinner & Dale, Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m.

The event will feature Dale Bordelon, waterfowl tradition bearer, in conversation with Jason Theriot, Ph.D., historian and author, with special musical guest, Jourdan Thibodeaux. Bordelon's specialty duck gumbo and a selection of waterfowl and seafood dishes will be on the menu.
