SAN ANTONIO, TX - Today, Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20) released the following statement after the Trump Administration announced it would grant Flavio Bolsonaro entry into the United States following his loss in Brazil's elections:
"Losing an election is not grounds for asylum.
