FULTON COUNTY, GA - Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr today announced that Desmond Maul, 74, of Conyers, has been indicted in Fulton County on one count of Medicaid Fraud and 32 counts of False Statements and Writings.
Maul is the owner and operator of Family 360, Inc. (Family 360), an outpatient mental health and chemical dependency service provider for children, veterans, the elderly and adults. Beginning in 2018, Family 360 worked with a Georgia licensed psychiatrist that provided services specifically to Family 360's Medicaid members. The psychiatrist passed away in 2021.
