Recently, U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Ted Budd (R-N.C.), Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) introduced the Dalilah's Law Act. The legislation would create new criminal and civil penalties for illegal immigrants who obtain or use Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) as well as the Democrat-led states that issue CDLs to these criminals, delivering on President Trump's State of the Union remarks calling on Congress to take action before any more American lives are threatened or lost on our roadways due to unvetted, untrained illegal immigrant commercial drivers.
