Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and senior member of the Finance Committee, announced that the Federal Transit Administration has allocated $8,408,439 to the Puget Sound Regional Council to support transit services needed to get soccer fans to and from Lumen Field during the 2026 World Cup.
