Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) joined 45 of her Senate colleagues in sending a letter (https://www.cantwell.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/03112026_hegseth_letter.pdf) to Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth pressing the Department of Defense to provide answers to the American people about the airstrikes on a school in Minab, Iran and civilian casualties in the Trump Administration's war on Iran, as well as accountability for those responsible.
"Massive civilian casualty incidents like the attack in Minab are not only detrimental to the Iranian people, but they also undermine U.S. national security interests," the senators wrote.
