ST. MARY'S CITY, Md., Oct. 27 -- St. Mary's College of Maryland issued the following news release:
The Barnes & Noble campus kickoff meetings scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28, have been postponed and will be rescheduled. The College and Barnes & Noble are continuing discussions to finalize the agreement for the bookstore transition. We believe it is important to complete this work before moving forward with campus kickoff activities and implementation planning.
As a result, all kickoff meetings scheduled for Oct. 28 are canceled. We will share new meeting dates and additional information as plans are confirmed.
