Today, California sent a Notice of Intent to Sue to the U.S. Department of the Interior regarding its illegal buyout of Invenergy's offshore wind lease under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
OAKLAND- California Attorney General Rob Bonta and California Energy Commission (CEC) Chair David Hochschild today sent aNotice of Intent to Sue - PDFtargeting an unlawful agreement between the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI) and Invenergy that would thwart California's offshore wind energy development.
