BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Miguel AngelGuevara-Murillo, 35, of Stockton, California, who was convicted of possession of device-making equipment, was sentenced to time served (approximately nine months) by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.
On July 28, 2025, Guevara-Murillo was inspected at the Rainbow Bridge Port of Entry.
