Today, Congresswoman Janelle Bynum (OR-05) announced over $1 million in federal funding for the Community Services Consortium Head Start Project in Albany. This funding will be used for expanding early childhood education opportunities.
In January, in an effort to confront the rising economic pressures on young Americans, U.S. Rep.
