SCEHNECTADY, N.Y., April 29 -- Schenectady County Community College issued the following news release:
SUNY Schenectady is pleased to announce that Myat Kyaw, a Business Administration
major, has been named to the first team of the prestigious Phi Theta Kappa All-New
York Academic Team. Myat, who holds a 4.0 GPA, was recognized for his outstanding
academic achievement during an awards ceremony on April 27 at the Empire Capital Center.
A member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, first-generation college student, and participant
in the Advancing Success in Associate Pathways(ASAP) Program, Myat first began his
studies at SUNY Schenectady in Fall 2024. A full-time student, he worked part-time
