WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Bureau of the Fiscal Service has issued a notice called: Prompt Payment Interest Rate; Contract Disputes Act.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Joseph Gioeli, Acting Commissioner, Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
Summary: For the period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, the prompt payment interest rate is 4-3/4 per centum per annum.
