WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a notice called: Termination of the Environmental Impact Statement and Associated Resource Management Plan Amendment for the Section 368 Energy Corridor Revisions.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 23 by Tina Roberts-Ashby, Assistant Director, Energy, Minerals and Realty Management.
Summary: By this notice, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is announcing the termination of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) described in the Notice of Intent (NOI) published in the Federal Registeron December 1, 2023, for potential Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendments for the Section 368 Energy Corridors Revisions.
