WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a notice called: Realty Action: Modified Competitive Sale of 22 Parcels of Public Land in Clark County, Nevada; Termination of Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Bruce L. Sillitoe, Field Manager, Las Vegas Field Office.
Summary: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 22 parcels of public land totaling 232.89 acres in the Las Vegas Valley (Valley) by modified competitive sale at no less than each parcel's fair market value (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended.
